Fabulous company. Lisa and Kim are on time. experienced, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Glad I listened to Kim’s advice. It was a fast and seamless job, well coordinated with plumber, tile setter, electrician and plumber. Top notch and no stress.

We used Natural Gallery and Granite for our new countertops at our beach condo renovation of our kitchen and bathroom in Ponce Inlet. We could not be more pleased with both the product and service. They worked directly with our cabinet provider which gave us a seamless service! All we had to do was select the product and sink styles! I recently used Natural Gallery Granite to replace an existing damaged granite countertop and install a new kitchen sink. They did a great job and I am completely satisfied with their work and the price! Before contacting Natural Gallery, I had obtained written estimates from two other well-known companies in the area. After in-home visits, both companies indicated that in order to replace the counter top and sink they would also have to demolish and replace the granite backsplash (four pieces) with new granite AND remove a large upper granite bar top and then reinstall it after the countertop and backsplash had been replaced. This added significantly to the price and made it necessary to replace the backsplash which I did not want to do for several reasons in addition to the added cost

Was looking for a small piece of granite for a wine closet. Called on a Monday and Nick gave me pricing over the phone for the size I needed. Told me he had several remnant pieces that would work and to swing by to have a look. I did later that day and he helped me find a great piece that worked perfectly. He also put a rush on cutting and polishing it so that I would have it the very next day. Not a customer but very unhappy neighbor. I Live in an apartment complex, they started work before 9am very early in the morning making a ton of noise and frankly very disrespectful of the clients neighbors. It's an apartment complex so yes noise travels and walls are thin. I understand needing to get the work done but be considerate of others who work late nights. If your business doesn't open before 9am you shouldn't be installing and using loud equipment early in the morning before then. If they are that inconsiderate of others around them imagine how they treat actual customers. In response to the owner, You would expect any company to understand that if you look at an address and its an apartment you wouldn't start working until 9am if you are going to be making noise.
