I'll start by saying this review is not based off the quality of the company's work as we didn't ever get the chance to have work done by them. The short story is they ghosted us. We met with them at their MN State Fair booth and were excited to go to the open house they were putting on after the fair. The samples we saw at the Fair and the open house were very nice and we wanted to move forward with an estimate for the work we wanted done. We talked to one of the owners who explained we should fill out a contact form AND email them with some pictures of our space, more info, a potential price range we were looking to spend. I'm more than happy to be a loyal patron of this company. The level or respect and appreciation they show their customers should be a standard for more businesses. I had made a purchase at their state fair booth this year, and unfortunately the clasp on the necklace that I bought broke shortly afterwards. When I let them know about my faulty purchase, they kindly and immediately resolved it by replacing the chain. I didn't even ask them too, it was a nice surprise. Thanks again.
