From beginning to end the NSC team of professionals were there to assist in creating the kitchen countertops that complimented our updated cabinets. Everything, including the kitchen sink. Willingness to work around our schedule to provide a timely install. Crew arrived on scheduled date and completed the install that day. As it worked out there was enough granite to do the bathroom vanity as well. Knowledgeable, professional, high quality customer support at a reasonable cost point. Thanks to the entire NSC team.

This is the second time I've been to natural State countertops. And the second time I walked out of there Knowing this must be the go-to place. Their service is extraordinary, I had countertops put on 2 years ago with rather complex cuts and I could not have asked for better. It was not good, it was perfect done well and done fast. Today I was able to meet Jessica, the fabricator. She asked questions that I hadn't considered and made suggestions I hadn't thought of. That's exactly what I want when planning a project that not only marks my home but is going to be seen by me every single day. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

We were met at the door by Jess and she was very helpful through the whole process. She explained the different types of stone and their characteristics. After choosing our stone it was a week of cutting and then install. The guys that came out were very courteous and did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

Worst possible granite install!!! Severely damaged our cabinets and drywall during the install. Quote to replace the damaged cabinets was over $3,000.00 for just material. They came back after installing the tops and made poor quality repairs to the granite where they miscut the tops trying to install them. After holding out on the final payment they came out after insulting us at their shop and said they could just paint the damaged cabinets vs replacing the drawers and cabinet. They had no intention of fixing their mess correctly and just wanted to hide it by paint in hopes we would wear down and go away. My wife was furious and decided she didn't want them in our house any more and we gave them the final check. We had over 15k in granite and the install was the lowest quality you

Had a great experience with this Company and all the employees that work there. From the Salesman to the Installers. Even the receptionist was on top of our needs when we needed a plumber for re- installing the sink. Quick, easy, efficient, and professional. We will be going back for our bathroom next. The kitchen counter tops are beautiful and there was no mess after the workers installed it. 10/10
