Natural Zen Cleaning

Mostly this team did a good job, but there were some attention-to-detail issues, including multiple purple-stained fingerprints across the house (from their gloves?) and some gunk on my shower equipment that I ended up cleaning myself. When I emailed Zen after the service about these issues, they did not take responsibility and told me to use a magic eraser. I would not hire this company again.

Booked Natural Zen for a move-in cleaning because of how quick they were able to respond to my quote. While booking, they let me know that an earlier appointment had opened up and offered me 20% off if I wanted to book it — and I'm so glad I did. I booked them for a move-in clean and even though the place wasn't too dirty, they made it sparkling. No corner was left untouched. I normally don't mind doing my own cleaning because I'm a bit of a clean freak, but now I want to bring them in more consistently for a deep clean as the seasons change. Marta and her team were incredible!

Good standard clean. Vacuum, wipe down countertops, light dusting, toilet bowls wiped. I was satisfied (except for $200 I would expect them to make the bed but that's just me.). They do such a WONDERFUL job with the Clarity and above cleaning levels that perhaps I expected a little more, but I got a good job on the Simplicity level that I paid for.

My house desperately needed a deep clean and now everything looks and smells beautiful. They walked through the house with me before and after the clean which I appreciated. Everything is above and beyond what I expected. The communication was excellent and the pricing is very reasonable for the service received.

Marta and her team do such a great job cleaning my home. I'm always impressed with their attention to detail - little things that make me feel like I live in a fancy hotel. They are always timely, friendly, and professional. I also appreciate that they are responsive to special requests. I look forward to their visits all week!
