Not sure who is leaving 5 star reviews for Natural Lawn of Berks. I've used this company for 4+ years. I always spend extra on additional services like lime, aeration and overseeding and this is what the lawn looks like after 5 years. While my neighbors do little to nothing and they look better. There is no proactive suggestions or recommendations of any type. It would seem to make sense that if you have a customer of 5 years and the lawn looks like this you would be communicating. 100% cancelling! I easily could do a better job with a basic Scotts 4 treatment plan from Home Depot. Just disgusted with Natural Lawn. Service is ok, performance has been sub sub-standard for 4+ years. Would not recommend to friend or foe.

I sign up service for full year program and after they did first service I have been complaining that my lawn had many weeds and it is not getting better, they said give us some time and it will get better. I waited for third service and my lawn is in worst shape than before so I called to come and inspect my lawn, Randy from company came and inspect the lawn and called me that it has weeds and it will get better if we have a rain. I said I have given you enough chance please refund me my full payment of $571.27 and they said they will refund only one that I have not used it. This is not fair I should get a full refund since it did not work and I am not satisfied with their services and my lawn is in worst shape than before.

Natural Lawn of America uses organic products which are safe for my lawn. My technician Eric R. Is very professional knowledgeable and personal. I would recommend their services to anyone seeking lawn care. My lawn is the healthiest on my street. Very happy! Bob W.

Brian Lettko, the agent who serviced my lawn today, was outstanding. He gave me good answers to some good questions, something I was not used to with other lawn companies. He was thorough and stressed that if I noticed a problem I should give him a call. I was very impressed
