Fundamentally everything is wrong about this company and here is why I had a great service with other lawn companies in this area, but never thought I will be reviewing a lawn company. Few months back I had fertilizer burn and when asked about it I received a lame explanation about fungus.I let it go. But now I see weeds all over my lawn, isn't this what the lawn company supposed to block in first place? When asked to retreat, they said my service was paused due to pending payment. Seriously !!! I was talking about the unpaid service which they were supposed to retreat irrespective of payment. Anyway of out goodwill paid completely. But no re-treatment as promised, so I had to kill the parts of the lawn where weed is growing, as it will not wait for them to show up. So much for the prof

We’ve had a terrific experience with NaturaLawn of Cary. Our yard has never looked better and we consistently get compliments from friends, family, and neighbors. We’ve been using for two years to treat for weeds, fertilize, and core aerate. Any questions or concerns I’ve had about my lawn have been quickly addressed by Marcel. The crews that show up at my house are always kind and don’t frighten my family. The only thing I wish they could do was notify us of a scheduled visit. I tend to get home and find a sign in my yard saying they visited, but they do send me an email afterwards saying exactly what they did.

Update: I've spoken to Marcel, the owner, about the issues I was having. He did a wonderful job walking me through what happened and how we both could fix the lawn issue. ----------------------------- Very frustrating experience using Natural Lawn. I was having an issue with weeds in the yard. So I hired them to do their normal lawn care. 4 months later, my yard looks the worst it has ever looked and their only response is stick with it for a season and spend another $280 to seed and aerate.

Company should not advertise for fire ant control, I have tried to be patient and work with them, using different treatments to control the ants. They said they could get rid of the ants and my yard would be free of fire ants, they stopped communicating, they do not answer emails and they have stopped returning phone calls, I have ended all future services and asked for a refund since there are still fire ants, I guess we will see what happens from there.

I used natural lawn of America for a couple of years. I will say that I had a lot more crab grass at the beginning and they really were able to make an improvement the first year. However, the next year the service became increasingly worse and so did my lawn. Not only did they cause brown spots and streaks from fertilizer burn all over the lawn my the employee dumped an entire spreader full of fertilizer on my lawn and caused a 6ft round dead patch. I contacted the owner who informed me that they had already fired that particular employee, unfortunately that doesn't help my lawn. He then said it would grow back if I watered it. It didn't. He then agreed to waive the fee for fertilizing (gee thanks!). I asked if they could re-sod, thrown down some seed, something? His response was that
