Nature's Care Chem-Dry

I am SO pleased. I've never used ChemDry before, and was unhappy with the previous company that cleaned our rugs, so on impulse, I contacted Marcus. Absolutely professional and great communication! They arrived early and did an amazing job. I was aware the parlor rug was soiled, but the difference was incredible once they finished. The rugs look like new again. I highly recommend!!!! First of all Marcus has a great customer service personality. He also is up front and honest. I had many stains in my carpet from many years of use. The product that Marcus uses did well on them. He does tell you what to expect once it dries. Last, very cost effective. I highly recommend Nature's Care Chem-dry. I can't wait to get my new vacuum cleaner. Thank you for the best recommendation. I have been looking for something like it for years.

I would highly recommend these guys! I bought this couch from marketplace, and I did not think the stains in the arms or other areas would come out. The arms were smoothed over with dirt and grime. Now the couch looks like new! Best money I’ve spent in a long time. They were also very professional, communicated wonderfully, and were right on time. I will be using them again for any future needs!

We moved into our home 3 years ago and had another carpet cleaning service clean our carpets prior to moving in. We had many stains even after the other company cleaned and just accepted that we would need new carpets soon. About a year later my parents recommended Natures Care Chem-Dry come the next time we needed carpets cleaned due to multiple pet accidents from our new puppy. Marcus not only got those stains out from our pet but the ones the previous carpet cleaning service could not get out! We still have the same carpeting from when we moved in and have had Marcus clean our carpets twice now and they look brand new each time. Truly impressed with his work. He is very kind and professional, I would recommend him tenfold for your cleaning needs!
