Nature’s Way is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. I have been getting my lawn treated by them for 5 years now and love the results. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and will always offer tips and tricks to keeping a healthy lawn .

Lawn Care Program with 5 applications. First application with no issue, second application they did the front yard only, missed the backyard because they show up whenever they want and don’t call you ahead of time to schedule a visit. Backyard is locked, German Shepherd on free roaming. No call to explain anything, got caught on camera. Received an invoice for the full application quickly. Called to address and the lady said they were going to handle it. It has been 4 days since this issue, no follow up and no new visit, decided to call again after giving 4-day grace and cancel. So quick to bill but bad at service. I’m glad I decided to pay by application and not yearly.

We moved into our new home about a year ago in Triple Crown (Union) Kentucky. The previous owners had done a wonderful job on the landscape of the property, and we needed to protect it. We travel a lot and need to be able to depend on having the grounds taken care of. We hired Nature's Way to take care of this for us and Mark and his company did an excellent job in every way. They always called if there was any question about any work and we always knew what was going on. There were no surprises. If you want an outstanding company, Nature's Way is the one. I just can’t say enough about Tyler, his team and this amazing family owned business. It took them one season to get my yard into good shape and four years later I’m admiring their hard work. Hands-down, the best in the business. Highly recommend!
