We love Naumann Plumbing. We've now used them for two separate condos and one house. We ADORE Loki. He's been dispatched to service us every time. He is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and most important, honest. I'd hire him as my own personal plumber if I could. Super thankful for all the hard work he's done on our multiple properties. He's the best!

I scheduled an appointment to have my water filter installed AND drill a hole into my counter top. When they arrived they said they can’t drill the hole and will still charge me $130+ just to tell me they won’t do the job. It was a 3 minute conversation. The plumber was actually great and I went ahead and just had the filter partially installed. It would be a 5/5 stars but it felt incredibly dishonest to tell me they can drill the hole to get the appointment and when they get here they bait and switched to still charge me for the hours.

Our go to plumbing company whenever we have any plumbing problems. Knowledgeable and courteous staff and we've always been happy with the final results! Would highly recommend.

I am impressed and amazed by the plumbers and customer service at Naumann over and over again. They are courteous, explain things well, give options, and have gone above and beyond many times. I trust each plumber who we have worked with (on this occasion it was Anthony and Zach in particular, but we have worked with others). Do not hesitate to call Naumann. I feel taken care of and I feel like I can trust them.
