I was without water for 16 days. Mike came to my home to access the situation. He then sent two techs out the next day. They worked so hard to try to get water flowing but it did not. They felt so bad, but t I told them they did everything they could and I appreciated their effort and kindness. I thanked them for trying so hard. The next morning I woke up to running water! I believe what they did got the water flowing. What a team! They are so nice. From the people who answer the phone to Mike and the techs. Exceptional customer service. Great experience! called on Saturday night for leaking boiler. They provided some tips to get me though until Monday morning appointment. The office communicated well, giving me a two hour window and called back to update when the guys were 15minutes away. Kamil & Jordan were great, had parts needed (they asked me to text photos of my system prior) and were able to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend...Im located in the Middletown area

We’ve trusted Navesink Plumbing with jobs around our house since we moved to the area two years ago, and they’ve been great. When we had an emergency this weekend, they were there for us immediately!! Dustin was so kind and went out of his way to get our water heater installed quickly before a snowstorm. Thank you so much to Mike, Dustin, and the whole team! (They also recommended a water removal and restoration company that has been stellar to work with so far. Added thanks for that!)

Had a great experience with Navesink Plumbing. Called and made the appointment with Summer (I believe) who was very accommodating with dates as well as answered any questions she could over the phone. They gave me a 2 hour window but they called the day of and actually were able to come 15 minutes early. The 2 plumbers that did the job were John and Chase who were both polite and professional. They each wore booties in the house (especially nice after we had some snowfall) and left where they worked cleaner than when they started. John went over the work they did with pictures and explanation. Overall, a very good experience and I will be calling with any future plumbing issues.

I used Navesink Plumbing a few years ago and they were excellent. Mike and his plumbers were amazing. Just had a water pipe burst in the crawlspace and I knew exactly who to contact. Everyone I have come in contact with in this company has been so professional and kind. I recommend them to everyone!
