NAVI Appliance Repair

My dryer was squealing when started. Patrick from NAVI came out and assessed the situation. A few simple parts needed replacing. Very happy I did not need a new dryer. Parts were ordered. Parts came in and dryer was fixed the same day. Great service, very reliable and efficient. I definitely would use again.

This was my first time using NAVI Appliance Repair. After reading the excellent reviews I decided to give them a call. Patrick came to our home to see if he could fix a problem with our Dacor cooktop. He was professional, knowledgeable and quite helpful. Unfortunately our cooktop is an older model and the parts are no longer available. That being said, he did everything he could and I won't hesitate to use NAVI Appliance repair in the future.

We are so grateful and thankful to Todd from NAVI Appliance Repair who went *so* far above and beyond, and worked so hard on the Friday before Christmas. He came out the same day we called, took the (20 year old Maytag) dryer apart and correctly diagnosed the fault. Instead of scheduling another appointment to make the repair, he went back to the warehouse, got the part, and repaired our dryer the same day! This is just a level of service you do not expect in this day and age, when big companies are telling you they'll come out in two weeks, just to take a look. We were so impressed, we would highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using them again.

Our refrigerator stopped holding temperature just before we were to go on vacation. I left an email request with Navi that evening and received a call the next morning. Even though they were fully booked, they managed to squeeze us in. The technician came out that day, determined the issue and fixed the problem that day, much to our relief. I now have them in my address book and would not hesitate to call them if I have an appliance issue. Their service was fast and courteous. They even called the next day to make sure everything was still alright.
