Josh and Greg did an amazing job pumping my septic. I had an excellent experience with the septic pumping service. They were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing. The entire process was quick, clean, and hassle-free. They took the time to explain everything and made sure the system was working properly before leaving. It’s not always easy finding reliable service, but this company definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing septic services and will absolutely use them again in the future!

When your house is snowed in and your septic tank decides it’s had enough of winter… you quickly realize how important the right crew is. Roto Rooter service has always been satisfactory, professional, and friendly. Most recently I had a hot water heater flushed and kitchen drain cleared. It was done well, and was taken care of promptly with a next-day appointment.

I usually have good service with Navo & Sons. I have been using them since 2018, but after the service I received from them 7-10-25, I will no longer be using their services. They failed to call me before they came so I could direct them to the 16' service gate for full access to my septic tank, but they just used the 3 ' walk in patio gate to run their large suction line across the patio, furniture and pots on the patio breaking 4 of them and scratching the chair.
