Naylor Plumbing cannot be beat! Eric is a wonderful owner and plumber! I found a leak by my baseboard and needed immediate attention. After calling three other popular local plumbers, I was quickly frustrated as they wanted to charge a $100 initial service fee, and wouldn’t be able to come to my house for another three days. I called Naylor Plumbing and instantly got Eric on the other end. He said he could show up same day (no extra charge) at 3:20pm on Friday, and literally showed up at 3:21pm. The issue was a rotting carbon drain riser. He fixed it within 20 min and out the door. I can’t thank you enough. Eric and Nick keep up your great work.

Had them out about a year ago when my water pump stopped. They were able to fix it inexpensively but recommended new systems to prevent a possible pump failure in the future. I passed but planned to get back to them for this service. Well, a year later the pump failed. They installed a new well pump, blue pressure tank, and sediment filter. The install is super clean and is working flawlessly. While they were here they addressed a few minor issues. Even though it is stuff I kind of feel like I should take care of (toilet kept running as well as a few leaky components) they addressed the issues easier and better than I ever could have. Highly recommend them for their honesty (fixing issue on the cheap the first time) and their clean, complete, professional service.

My parents used this company and I have been using them for over 30 years. Always dependable. They know what they are doing and always get the job done correctly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

I noticed that my water pressure was fluctuating. I have a well and researched the possible issues. Everything I read said that the issue could burn up my well pump if allowed to continue. I have a couple repair policies with BGE Home so I called them. I was given a date 3 weeks out. I questioned that I thought that as a policy holder I was given priority service. She said that is true but they are really busy. She checked with the service division and was able to move it up to only 10 days away. Still too far. I contacted Naylor because they did a great job for me in the past. They came out the same day and fixed the issue. I am sticking with Naylor.

I was concerned about having AC on the upper level of my house so I called Naylor's over the weekend. An emergency service answered my call and left a message so that they'd return my call by Monday morning, which they did. I received another call on Tuesday saying someone would be on their way in 30 minutes and they arrived in exactly 30 minutes. Chris was prompt, friendly, introduced himself, and then went about his business of checking out my AC. He explained everything and I learned a lot about my heating and cooling system. My house is 92 years old!! He returned the next day to do some maintenance work on my heat pump/ AC. Chris took the time to speak with my son to let him know what he was going to be doing and I really appreciated that. Everything was working efficiently by the time
