We had a 700sqft guest house that we wanted to bring up to code and make livable, it was completely gutted before the project began. I was quoted 3 weeks and the project went on for 8 weeks without ever being completed. In the beginning, we had great communication but the communication had died towards the end and I could tell they were working on other projects and just weren’t communicating that. I had to follow up constantly on whether people would be working or not, it was a pain. Sometimes they would just show up on days we asked them not to and other times they wouldn’t be there when they said they would. I only dealt with this after 4 weeks or so. Out of the work that was completed, most of it was pretty good. I have gotten nothing but compliments on my drywall finishing from ever

They are my go to contractors for adding upgrades to our house (used them 3 times). We’ve used them to remodel our outdoor patio and to add a fireplace and built ins. We’ve also used them when we had a leak. Bob is incredibly responsive and his team is always respectful. In our last project there were a couple of snafus but they were quick to correct mistakes and always have honored their word. And, at the end of the day, the work has always looked great and felt high quality. Definitely will turn to them again.

I have worked with Bob and his company for now 2 years on a variety of projects, from full remodel of a house to small repairs and advice on repairs. He has been prompt, the work has been always completed well and in a timely manner and he has kept me informed of their progress and the reason for unexpected delays. I found him and his team to be always professional and courteous in interactions with me and people I know. I would recommend him without hesitation.

We had a very good experience with Bob and NB Contractors. Bob and his team were very attentive to our project. The crew never missed a day and was either on-time or early to the job site. Communication was excellent and overall the work was very good. There were issues (aren't there always) but they were addressed in a timely manner. I definitely recommend NB Contractors and would strongly consider hiring them again for a future project.

We have an older townhome around the 610 loop. We had a limited budget and a limited amount of time. NB did a very good job with the renovation, they stayed within budget, the quality of their work was good and they gave us the excess materials as they had promised. I’ve used other contractors for large and small renovations and in many cases I was very frustrated. I did not have a frustrating experience with them. They did a very good job with the renovation.
