Neil has done several jobs for me...all in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. 2 ceiling fans, a thermostat, 4 fluorescent fixtures in my bonus room downstairs, and completely rewired my 50 year old fuse box. He is the best!

Visited my home to repair an outlet. Provided a quote to update / replace all my outlets and light switches (most of which were over 40 years old). I ordered the materials and once everything arrived, I immediately contacted him (via text) to schedule installation date. No response. Called multiple times and left vmails. No response. I even emailed him. After a few weeks / months of being ignored, I thought, 'no one is THIS busy' so I called him from another number and lo and behold he answers his phone. Apologizes and says he'll get with me next week to schedule a installation date. Of course I never heard from him again. Unsure why he didn't just text me back at the onset to say he was no longer interested in doing the job ... or no longer had time.
