They were recommended from Reddit and I'm super happy I found them. They were professional, timely, and easy to communicate with. No high pressure sales which I truly appreciated. And they actually quoted what I wanted done (a bay window replacement) and not what they wanted to do like some other companies that would only quote replacing all the windows in my home. They were also the fairest of 3 quotes and they were spot on as far as timelines to completion. The installers were professional, courteous, and clean. Will be using them again when we're ready to get more windows replaced.

Great people to work with. Allyson and Kyle are both very friendly and easy to talk to. The quote process was good and they kept us informed of the progress of the windows with frequent updates. Once the windows arrived, Jose and his team knocked it all out in two days. We had our whole house done (21) windows. When done each day, the crew took great care of keeping our property clean. Very happy with the entire process and team and would highly recommend them!

We had about 29 windows and two sliding doors replaced by NC Siding and Windows. Their quote was competitive with the other quotes we received. The salesman Ed was very straightforward with the process, factual, and not pushy. The installation team, led by Jose, was excellent, they did a fantastic job installing the replacement windows and doors over about three days. All of the Vinyl Design double-hung windows work well, look great, and are not drafty, a huge upgrade from the old original wood windows. The sliding doors look and work great too. Would definitely hire again if/when we need our siding replaced.

We are so happy we went with NC siding and windows! At Ed’s recommendation we went with Vinyl Design windows from Ohio - a mix of casement, picture and pocket windows where we couldn’t do a full frame replacement on the brick front. We couldn’t be happier. And we absolutely love our new front door. Our house is brighter and feels 100x more modern. You won’t regret giving your business to this dedicated family. Best price in the area for amazing quality.
