The railings turned out fantastic and the installation went smoothly. The finished product looks beautiful and feels solid. The payment structure is front-loaded, and I would recommend future clients make sure they fully understand how the initial site visit fee and milestone payments are structured before proceeding. There were a few scheduling delays along the way, but the project was ultimately completed as promised. Overall, I’m happy with how the railings look and appreciate the craftsmanship.

WOW ! We are really happy with the job that NCO did for our recent deck resurface. We went from old and boring redwood deck and rails requiring regular maintenance. Now we have a new trex surfaced deck with modern stunning powder coated rail and cable system that is now virtually maintenance free. The process is simple. They come out with specialized digital camera that generates all the required measurements and technical specs for the project. Once completed a few days later the install team arrived with template for system and started! All seamless. The onsite team was responsive, informative & really friendly.

Extremely pleased with my new railings from NCO. Mike came down to take measurements for a guard and handrail on a Wednesday and had the railings made and installed two days later on Friday.
