I wanted to share my updated experience after using Nearm's Carpet's And Cleaning again for carpet cleaning in Escondido. I still stand by my original thoughts—these folks are fantastic! This time, Harrison worked really hard to get rid of some sticky residue left on my carpet from a plastic protector. He tried every method until the carpets were spotless and soft, really showing his carpet cleaning skills. Harrison was very professional, giving me a call the day before to confirm, arriving ahead of schedule, and explaining everything clearly with honest pricing. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I wish I had even more carpets to clean because working with this team is always a pleasure. we can't say enough good things about our carpet cleaning experience! our first call was returned quickly by the owner, who was super friendly and let us know that harrison would reach out soon and that they could help us. not only did they respond right away and send someone over to our house within a few hours (even late in the evening, which was amazing since another place told us they'd call us the next day), but harrison went above and beyond. he explained every step of the carpet cleaning and stain removal process, made sure we understood what he was checking for, and was totally upfront about the costs so there were no surprises. he really made the whole thing easy and even turned a stressful water damage situation into a great upgrade for our home. excellent service all around!

i used a 'groupon' and called to see if i could get a carpet cleaning appointment soon. the friendly person who answered set me up for a same-day appointment! i have pets, so my carpet in escondido was looking pretty rough with lots of stains and smells. john showed up right on time and did an amazing job. he worked quickly and was very thorough, and even though i knew some old stains might not come out, the results were way better than i expected. my carpet looks and smells so much fresher now. overall, this was the best experience i’ve had with carpet cleaning—much better than my last company. i’ll definitely be using them again!
