Neat and Tidy Cleaning Service

I used Neat and Tidy for my short term rental for several months. They were kind, professional, and did a great job. They were flexible and able to work on their feet when unexpected issues arose (which they often did with a short term rental). They were also reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Stay away from this company, they are absolutely awful. They have literally never answered a phone call and often don’t text back until the next day or even multiple days. I have stopped using them because of this reason and they have kept all my sheets and towels from the last cleaning and will not give them back. I asked for them back 3 weeks ago. They say they will not bring the sheets back until they have a job in Redmond because they won’t drive up from Bend just for us. They also will not do same day cleanings not that it matters anyways because they are extremely hard to get ahold of. *Edit: he blatantly lies in his response below. I said I was going to clean it myself because I fired him. He would never communicate when he was coming, leaving, not would answer me*

I've used Neat & Tidy on several occasions now and have enjoyed coming home to a clean home. Ana is conscientious in our requests, and the home is spotless every time they leave. I have no negative thoughts, and would highly recommend the work they do for anyone.

Needed a house cleaned last minute and these guys were not only available but did a phenomenal job. I was blown away with their timeliness and professionalism. Definitely worth your $$$. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking. =)
