I love supporting small businesses. Especially when they are as professional and genuine as Ash and his crew are. They were (1) on time, (2) courteous, (3) ensured we were happy with their service and were ready to fix anything we weren’t happy with - spoiler: we were happy with it all. These guys are great! Everything from getting the quote to them cleaning was a great experience. I really appreciated how thoughtful they were and how much care they took when I told them about how important some of my family inherited furniture is to me. They really go the extra mile to ensure the quality of their work. This was my first time with them but I will absolutely be a returning customer.

I usually do not leave reviews but the guys Ben and and Ash really left an impression. I was referred to use this company by a neighbor and since moving from NYC a little over a week ago these guys really did a remarkable job from tidying up all of my boxes to organizing my kitchen. Another thing I want to point out is the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in so long due to the apartment I signed for sitting vacant for a while, now it is like its brand new. I was a bit wary about using this company because they had no reviews, when I brought this up they explained that they are a new company but man am I glad I have these guys a chance. The entire NeatFreaks team is very professional, affordable and trustworthy. The crew comes in once a week during non-business hours and leaves the place spotless. They are very dependable and we have never had an issue with them; nothing was ever broken or missing. When extra attention is needed to a specific area, we just email/text Ash and it’s taken care of. (P.S I can’t stress enough their attention to detail.
