I first hired Dave a few months back to do a job on our porch. He quickly became one of my favorite contractors. He does excellent work and his communication skills are top notch. He has filled the one gap I had in my contractor group. I am very picky about caulking work and he does a great job. His prices are very fair. Do not hesitate to call him.

Dave does awesome work with great attention to detail. He's done multiple caulking jobs for me and always arrives on time as promised, always cleans up after himself and points out any other potential problem areas that may need addressed.
