Disappointed. After the first cleaning, I was emailed picts! They were of the front and back of my home, none, showing me the condition of the gutters, for all I know they stayed on the ground. The door notice said there were issues and to call. I called, because their portal wouldn't work, only to find all was fine. Then the next time, they left a door notice said all was fine. No email of their adventures, and I received a phone call to call back, as there were issues. I called, only to be advised they noticed dirt on my siding and were trolling for more work. I advised I only contracted them to do gutter work, and that was all I wanted to hear from them about. Had our gutters cleaned - it did take a while for the crew to get out to do them, but when they came they did a great job. They were kind, efficient and cleaned up / bagged all the debris. I took off one star due to the issues with scheduling, but they did follow up about that concern so I would consider using them again.

Ned Stevens did a great job cleaning my deck. Looks so much better. The workers were thorough and efficient. I have wooden siding which is stained and my only complaint is that they damaged an area of the wood siding with the power washer.
