My full review is well over the amount of text allowed on a google review, so I’ll just post the highlights: Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning service allows their employees to trespass on private property, damage personal property and hides behind verbal “contracts” that they cannot or are not unwilling to produce and share. Stay as far away as you can, they don’t even bother to offer any compensation for the damage their employees do to your property. Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning service is one of the most nefarious and unscrupulous companies I have ever had the misfortune of working with. After the first service I was harassed with phone calls, text messages, emails along with physical mailing from the company trying to sell me new gutters and other services and products. While I have never dealt with this company directly, they get a great review from me! On Tuesday my complexes normal landscape company came through and as always blew all of the land debry onto my porch. The next day Ned Stevens crew came to clean the gutters of our buildings. My porch was surrounded by gross wet gutter debry and my first thought was "great that's going to be fun to clean up when they blow all of that onto my porch". I was very wrong, there wasn't any debry left in sight and NONE of it was even blown onto my porch! In fact they did a much better job cleaning up after their work than the landscapers who come weekly. So thank you to the crew for being respectful and doing a great job! Happy Holidays!

Ned’s crew came out to my home in Durham to do gutter cleaning. They did an excellent job removing the debris from the gutters and raked up the debris and bagged it and also put some in my needle beds, great mulch dirt! The sprayed the gutters clean. And they even took apart a downspout that the previous owners had placed underground and cleaned it! And offered to clear out the under ground pipe for a fee, however, the pine tree roots are so thick now I doubt the pipe is functional. The crew was polite and professional and friendly. The price was great and I even got a discount for first cleaning. I have scheduled for their return twice a year

alfry and bryan I had my gutters cleaned today and they were done very professional and very courteous. They cleaned up everything. I was especially pleased with the way they got all the leaves out checked them, put water in the gutters to make sure they were clear. I would recommend them to everybody. Bryan’s crew did an outstanding job on cleaning the gutters of pine straw on the front and back of the house. They actually came twice- the first time after several days of rain, which would have made the job difficult, annd the second when everything was dry. They also cleaned debris from the front porch roof. Every bit was cleaned up from the yard as well! Polite and courteous- l could not ask for a better service!
