Ned's Pest Control and Lawn Treatment

I cannot praise Ned’s Lawn Care enough. The entire team, from sales to the customer service reps, to their field staff are incredible and knowledgeable. Previously I had used True Green for 4 years and finally got fed up with them. I took a chance on Ned by using them this year, and the change is night and day. Excellent customer service from people who truly listen to any concerns and make sure they are addressed until you are satisfied. They really do use higher quality products, and the field staff clearly takes pride in their work rather than rushing onto their next job. Biggest mistake I think I have ever made! They tell me a technician has just serviced my home, I have a ring doorbell, 3 dogs and I am home almost everyday, and have never seen anyone treating the lawn, although they were here the 1st time to put the flag in and take pics front and back (then leave the gate wide open) my lawn is almost completely dead, I never had a lawn look so bad as this one and I PAID for it to look like this! Never again!

**Update**: After seeing my google review, they checked the sales call and realized the agent never informed me this is an annual subscription. So, the billing manager called me, apologized sincerely and refunded my money. I am happy with the outcome, but wish I didn’t have to go through all this stress and hassle. I am adding one more star only because I received an apology and refund. Beware of this company Ned's lawn and pest control. They are misleading and fraudulent. They will subscribe you for any service you use even if you think this is a one time service. I had used them last year for the first time for aeration and seeding. It's too early to comment on the weeds, grass etc. It hasn't been two weeks since the treatment. I am pleased with the polite and prompt response to my questions and concerns. There was great clarity regarding how long it would take to restore my lawn. I appreciated the honesty. I feel certain that any additional action will be taken at my request. This is an honest company.
