Neely Building & Design recently replaced our deck and added a screened-in porch. From the beginning and along the way, Gregg was very responsive and easy to work with. He provided a clear contract, along with proof of license and insurance. He was on site working with his crew every day. He talked through various options with us to ensure the new addition was what we were hoping for. He navigated the permit process with us as well and we are very happy with the final result.

Gregg was my parents go-to contractor for all their home improvement projects, so naturally he was my first choice as well and am so happy with the service I receive! I had a floor install, a kitchen install, a bathroom fixed and other small projects all done by Gregg and it’s nice to know the work is going to get done correctly the first time. He’s very trustworthy & knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him & his team!
