I recently had the pleasure of working with Russell Copeland from Neese HVAC & Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. He has been serving our HVAC units for several years and he is the best. From the moment he arrived, Russell was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. It’s rare to find someone who combines high-level technical expertise with such a friendly, customer-first attitude. The work was completed efficiently, and he made sure everything was tidy before heading out. It’s terrible to walk into a room and see water pouring onto the floor from the ceiling; Especially when the floor is hardwood. I called Neese Heating and air and they sent out Trevor to find the source of the leak and repair it. I’ve dealt with a lot of plumbers over my years, but I must say that Trevor was probably one of the best I’ve used. In short order before cutting into anything, he located the leak a floor above and a room over and surmised that it was a faulty cartridge and valve in the tub. Not only was he correct but he had it fixed in short order and did a beautiful job. I’ve never experienced an inexpensive plumbing job, but the repair price certainly seemed fair. I can highly recommend Trevor with Neese heating and air for plumbing.
