Negley's Water and Well Drilling of Newburg

Rocco came to my house to test my water and took the time to address all of my concerns. He was able to pinpoint exactly what type of water softener system I needed without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The installation was very clean and professional, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the service. I only wish I had gone with Negley’s sooner!

Our tech, Brian, was early, polite, informative and neat. Replaced UV light and cleaned and inspected well and water system. He was quick and explained the state of our water (pH, dissolved mineral count and hardness. Exceptional customer service! They contact me when it was time to change the UV light. This is helpful as there is no worries about forgetting to get our water system serviced.

Quick response time, unmatched technical service, and affordable repairs. Alex was very timely, competent, and professional. He quickly diagnosed a failing well pump and replaced it efficiently.

Great service. Called Negleys and within 2 days they arrived, pulled the pump at the well and replaced the entire well system to get us good water pressure again. This was even New Years Eve Day!
