Our bathroom sink needed to be repaired as it had a leak at the shut off valve. When he came to our home he explained to me in detail what he was going to do and as well as why. I also needed to have a faucet installed and he said he could do it too. Our home is on well so I walked him to the well to turn the water off so he could fix the faucet. I’ve been using Neighborhood Plumber for years, and Jordan has always been incredible. Anytime he has an opening the same day, he makes the effort to come out, take a look, and try to fix the problem. Recently we had no hot water, and Jordan came out that same day to check our water heater. We waited a few hours to see if it would heat up, but it still wasn’t working. Without hesitation, he came back out later that night to check one more thing. He fixed it around 9:30 that evening, and we had hot water within the hour! Jordan came to the rescue and finished a big project for me that included replacing all drain lines in the house and installing all bathroom fixtures, faucets, and lines to include the kitchen faucet and soap dispenser.
