Great Service! Had three different "small" plumbing repairs to complete. Austin came on time, was very enthusiastic, did all three repairs in a cheerful and professional manner. What a lovely experience with Neighborhood Plumbing and their tech Austin today. I called a few places, including our usual, and only Neighborhood was patient and accommodating with our scheduling conflicts. I received a text 20min before Austin arrived, and was greeted with a kind and professional attitude. Austin asked a few questions, diagnosed the issue (slow kitchen drain), and then provided a quote. No hidden fee. No trip charge. No service charge. Just a flat rate for the work to be done. He noticed something odd in the way our last plumber ran our drain, and offered to correct it as a courtesy. He was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I was happy with the service and will be using them again. Price and service was better than I expected.

Austin was wonderful. He was efficient and went above and beyond. I got three quotes to replace the water tank and chose Neighborhood Plumbing because the first company didn’t even come out, so they didn’t know my water pressure valve also needed replacing, and the second company tried to sell me on a lot of extra things, which was overwhelming. Neighborhood Plumbing was just right and was also price competitive.

Austin was delightful from the time he walked in to my home to the time he finished the job (efficiently in one hour). I had a problem with a shower valve cartridge. He explained the problem, fixed the problem, and helped me to secure the right part for a future repair that I will be sure to contact him about. Amazing service and reasonable pricing.
