Mitch was very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. He had both of my plumbing issues handled in a short amount of time. I felt like he was looking out for my best interests. I would definitely recommend him and Neighborhood to anyone. I called today and everything was completed by the end of the day.

I am very impressed with this company, they came out same day and had everything fixed the next morning. Our tech Will was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job fixing a leak. Highly recommend for their services and fair pricing.

The water softener was installed in 2023 and has had issues since install and after 3 technicians came out and looked at it and could find nothing wrong we got the technician ted and he found the issue right away and it was a defect. He explained exactly what was happening and why and he fixed the issue free of charge since it was under warranty and on them. Things happen nothing is perfect all the time but the coustomer service was next level and would highly recommend for that alone. Ted was awesome.

Mason was fantastic, thorough, and friendly! He addressed any concerns that I had and took steps to ensure my furnace was working optimally. I had some last minute changes come up on a cabin project, and needed some guidance and info...with quick estimates and time frames. Ryan come out that same day and was able to look at things and give me some much needed feedback. He also gave me a quote and was able to set up a day for service on the spot. I highly recommend using Neighborhood... people on the phone were helpful and Ryan was friendly and had good insight.
