Andy is so diligent and genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. He returned to discuss an ant issue that has popped up and is working hard to mitigate the problem while keeping us informed along the way. We appreciate Andy, his work ethic, and his communication so much.

We had our initial service done and our tech was friendly, professional, answered all of my questions and explained everything he was going to do. He was helpful and supportive with suggestions and will return the following week in order to check mouse traps and take care of anything else we need, at no additional charge. We are very happy with Neighborly Pest Management.
