I’ll start by saying I have the worst luck in regards to vehicles. I have had to replace 3 cars due to wrecks since I moved to Houston in 2018. So when I got rear ended I was devastated and just knew a body shop would total my vehicle in their search for more money. I knew the best way to avoid this was to find a nice local, mom and pop type shop that would actually listen to me when I asked them to work with me and not total out my car. The wonderful front desk lady communicated so very well and very clearly what HAD to be done and what we could just leave alone because it wouldn’t affect the integrity of the car.
