Evan Mood with Neighbors Property Management was great to work with on my Exterior Basement Waterproofing project. Most companies in Bucks County wanted to put in an ‘interior’ system with sump pump to waterproof the basement. I felt it was better to address the issue from the outside (where the water actually enters). Evan partnered with me to excavate the perimeter of my basement down to the footings. The skilled operators navigated around utilities in tight spaces to successfully complete the job. After waterproofing the walls over the weekend, Evan and his team installed drain piping from the footing out to the street to drain the water. Evan and his team are incredible! We were having very bad drainage issues in our backyard until NPM came in and fixed the issue. They are skilled listeners and understand how to apply their expertise in order to reach an appropriate solution. Evan was very easy to work with and always delivered timely responses despite his busy schedule. My backyard has since been fully regraded and reseeded after their French drain installation. I have never been happier with a contractor's work. I highly recommend!!

Evan and his team completed my driveway extension and addressed some poor drainage issues I was dealing with. He was very helpful and responsive. The driveway extension looks great and since he installed a few drain pipes I haven't had any more water pooling up. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone else.

NPM redid the drainage in my yard and installed a retaining wall to compliment my patio they helped me redo last year. They are a team of professionals, incredibly polite, always punctual and are experts in what they do. I won't use anyone else for my home project in the future! Highly recommend!!
