Our friends recommended Neil Slattery Plumbing Heating and Cooling and we could not be happier with our decision to use them. Ryan and Kenny arrived as scheduled, handled our issue with ease, gave us suggestions about another item we were considering and left the work space completely clean. They protected our floors with booties, they were professional, friendly, and a real pleasure to work with to resolve our plumbing issue. I am so glad we have such a reliable service professional in our corner!!!

was very pleased with myself...for choosing a good service provider. It was Saturday evening. I clpalled and spoke to their answering service. Their response was very prompt. They offered to schedule someone to respond Saturday night. I Chose Sunday morning. The plumber showed at our scheduled time. It was immediately obvious to me that Slattery believes customer service is important because the responder was Neil Slattery himself. What he discovered was the result of my handy work. A mishmash of a number of repairs I'd made when I was capable of attempting to be handy. He replaced my clutter of pipes with a neat install. He never scolded me once and if I'm not mistaken I think I heard my sink breath a sigh of relief and even a thank you for being given the repair of a professional.

Amazing service! Heat went out on the coldest day of the year and was fixed within a few hours! The staff is helpful and prices are reasonable. Most reliable company we have ever used. I have recommended them to many of my friends and they are just as happy with their service as I am. I use heat/air conditioning and plumbing as well.

Fantastic plumbing experience! I was a previous AT Thorn customer but my call to them got routed to Neil Slattery. Mike Newnom came out and was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and willing to share 26 years of plumbing experience and advice. I learned how indiscriminate plunger use can pull the wax seal up and to instead use an auger. I learned not to use chlorine bleach systems even if they are in-line like Fluidmaster’s system as the chlorine will still degrade the seals. Most importantly I learned how crappy (ha) my 28 year-old toilet was which clogged every other day. I had done my own research and was settled on a Toto Drake due to the internet raving about it, but Mike shared his honest experience with the Kohler Highline (which was actually several hundred dollars

Best plumbers ever! Superior work ethic, Polite, friendly. Most of all highly competent they know their stuff. Ryan and Rob are skilled technicians, ask for them! Reasonable prices also. Highly recommend
