Nejame designed and built the backyard of our dreams in 2021, the pool is gorgeous and exactly what was promised, we couldn’t be happier. In addition, they open and close the pool each year as well as give a weekly maintenance visit to keep everything clean, safe, and running efficiently. When we had a bout of cloudy water this year, they came everyday until it was cleared. They even come in the winter to clear off the ice and snow from the winter cover! In all cases you barely even know they were here, very smooth and efficient!

NeJame built our beautiful pool in 2019. It’s still just as beautiful and delight to swim in. During the building process they were very professional, very patient and very responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the whole process. Steve directed me in the right direction on siting, color choice and depth. The whole team is great. We definitely recommend them. We also have had them maintain and service it. The service team displays all the same qualities as the contractor side of the business. It gives us peace of mind knowing they are taking care of our pool. If you want a beautiful pool, NeJame is the best.

I will say I have used NeJame for three years plus now. They originally put the pool in years ago. Mike from NeJame is amazing, and this post should not reflect on how great he is. However this year they raised there closing cost to 600 plus without warning when I have only paid 330 in the the last years. Chris the service manager could care less about my concern of the closing cost going up especially after explaining that I provide the chemicals and clean the filter myself. What a way to do business, especially since we have done a lot of work with the pool over the past three years and have been a great customer and always pay right away for work performed.

We have just contracted for twice weekly maintenance service of our pool. The initial visit was better than we hoped. The technician was very knowledgeable. He arrived when expected, and was professional and courteous. He was very well prepared with all the tools and supplies needed for cleaning, testing, and balancing the pool chemistry. We've only had the one visit, so far, but we were very impressed by NeJame's technician's punctuality, professionalism, and competence.
