Nellie's Interiors

When I went here, the place reeked of cigarettes and the floors were stained. Looking for new furniture pieces and most looked used and abused. The employees weren’t attentive and brushed me off when I asked for help. I also saw them vaping and having a ball while someone like me who was ready to spend money was like a ghost to them. Douglas is a small town and I expect “customers are family” vibes but something seemed off about these people, like they were on drugs or something. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Love this place and the service! I recommend them for your flooring and decor needs! I went shopping for carpet in several places and ended up at Nellie's after being trying lowes and home depo. Lowes and HD knows nothing about carpet or service! I could not get any help and when I got help, they did not have the knowledge! You pay for what you get! I spent a few hundred dollars more going to Nellie's but it is worth it for the knowledge and service!

Nellie's Interiors is very diverse in upscale floor coverings. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about helping you design a room or whole house. Benjamin Moore paint is available and in my opinion , the best. I highly recommend

Great place to shop for flooring, so many to choose from. The people there are so friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to everyone.
