Very professional and accommodating! The technicians were a little late, but that is to be expected in this line of work. They were very communicative and efficient when they got here. we used Nelson to do several upgrades to are home we had just purchased.As far as the work done in the house they were fast and did a really good job,I wanted the Garage to be on it's own Electrical Panel so we had them do that as well again they did a good job.After the Derecho went threw a few years back,and being out of power for almost eight days,I have a big concern about that happening again,I bought what I thought was a big enough generator to run a house.but turns out it was no where big enough,I asked for and got a quote to have a natural gas generator installed.and we ended up with some add ons that we missed during are initial walk thru quote.We needed a electrical plug for the new hot water heater,right kind of plug receptacle for the new dryer,and new receptacle for the washer

Nelson Electric staff did some electrical work on our house. They explained our options and provided good solutions for our old house electric problems. Although the walls and ceiling are lath and plaster, they did the work with no need for fixing or cleanup. Their fees were reasonable. They were professional, punctual, and very pleasant to talk to. We highly recommend Nelson Electric.

Professional and courteous staff, showed up on-time (a few minutes early, actually), worked efficiently, and removed all boxes, old devices, etc. when they completed the work. This project was replacing/installing three new ceiling fans but have previously used them to add a new circuit to our living room, trouble-shoot possible coax cable issues, and other smaller projects.

I cannot say enough excellent things about Nelson Electric. They have taken care of installing lighting, fans, electric car chargers and many, many other electric needs over the past 27 years for our home. Today Martin and Jason came and took care of a major issue with our fire alarm system inappropriately going off. Always polite, professional and pleasant. Highly recommend!!
