Nelson Exteriors just completed a project at our home, and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was done professionally, correctly and with a high degree of workmanship. The sales rep Ryan O'Connor, job coordinator Lyndsey Trice, and project manager Lazaro. Rodriquez were all standouts and consummate professionals during the entire process. The crews who worked on our property were organized and displayed a fantastic work ethic. Amazingly, they also appeared to be happy while working. How refreshing! We had our entire house painted (looks like new,) exterior carpentry repairs and had our deck remodeled. Had an excellent experience with the entire Nelson Exteriors team. Jake was our first contact to help with scope and pricing, flexibly adjusting proposals to help right size to our budget. He handed off to Lindsey who stayed in touch on planning and scheduling, and finished up with Joshua managing the daily work the different trade crews knocked out as true craftsmen. The crew was respectful, worked hard and kept a safe and clean job site each day. Highly recommend for any exterior home project.

We needed to replace old wooden exterior carpentry around our windows and front porch with PVC. Chris was super helpful. He worked with our budget, making sure we had everything we needed but not overselling us on anything that we didn't. Crew was quick and professional, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was finished. Not the cheapest, but we went with them because we trusted Chris and work and we were not disappointed.

If you want a quality product with good customer service, a gifted crew and integrity all around I would place Nelson Exteriors at the top of your considerations. From start to finish they were professional and responsive. My compliments to Jake who came by to discuss our deck project initially. While he remained in the background when construction began he continued to be available for questions. James and crew showed up as promised and crafted a beautiful deck to replace one 33 years old and way past its shelf life. James never failed to connect to me regarding any concerns all the way to a final walk about after the deck was complete.
