I had an excellent experience with the plumber. Gerald replaced our kitchen faucet quickly and professionally. I called early in the morning, and he answered right away and was able to come out to Hercules that same day. There were some black particles coming out of the old faucet and small leaks under the sink, but Gerald took care of everything smoothly. He understood how important it was to fix the water quickly since we have a baby who needs clean water for showers and washing bottles. i am very happy with the service from Nelson Family Plumbing & Water Heaters. we needed a new sink installed, along with a faucet and all the plumbing lines hooked up. norman did an excellent job and paid close attention to every detail. he was very patient whenever i had questions, and he didn't mind that our teenage son, who has special needs, was nearby while he worked. something i really appreciated was that he cleaned up everything, including all the dust and scraps, so the area looked just like it did before. it's rare to find someone who leaves your home this clean after finishing the job. we’re so satisfied that we plan to call again when we need other plumbing fixtures replaced.
