Stopped by to talk with owners. We have had some bad experiences with others who did our roof. You learn a lot about a man when you talk one on one. These men are full of integrity and the professionalism is shown through their speech, actions, and the way they keep their office and warehouse. We had an amazing experience with Tim and his team at Nelson Roofing. We found expensive water damage, and everyone was very upfront and direct about what they were finding and how to address the issues (and boy it was a Pandora's Box of issues!). Tim and his team were also very easy to work with and treated us with kindness and respect, patiently answering all questions with actual answers (none of that "trust me, I know what I'm doing" type attitude here!).
