Nelson Tree Services

Sent by National Grid. Nelson Tree Services left my property a complete mess. Awful. So sad that a company doesn’t care enough about other people’s property. Shame on you.

This company has no respect for personal property or sighns. They park their equipment wherever they want even on private property and when posted. They leave trash and debris wherever they are with no respect to the environment. Nelson tree service brings all this equipment and manpower to cut a single branch and park for hours just hanging out on dead-end roads. They do not complete the job the first time and keep coming back to do nothing. I guess job security and a waste of money no wonder why our electric bills are so high due to this incompetence.

Just saw one of your drivers ignore signs on my private property stating that this is a private driveway and no turnarounds. He pulled into my driveway, I have him on my ring camera. Tell your drivers to follow and obey private property signs. This happened today and customer service is overseas.

This company should be sued. They have NO REGARD for people's property, let alone the trees. They wacked the whole top off my tree, but left 1 branch sticking up 8 feet. Left limbs all over, why do they have a chipper and not use it? Looks stupid. They must hire the most incompetent people they can find. It's like they work at how screwed up they can make a tree look. Then they cut limbs off another tree that were 20 feet from any lines at all. Can't rate a negative 10, but that is what I give them.

This is how this company leaves your yard after a state service call for trees on power lines. the drive pulled out, stopped look at it, then drove away. I understand stuff happens, but at least say something. Looking at some of these reviews employees of this company do not care about the image they are leaving.
