Furnace wasn't working right, called, and Jim showed up not a half hour later. Told me what he was doing as he worked and got it fixed after a little while. Definitely using their services again when I need them. Price wasn't bad either. 10/10 Would throw money at them to fix my stuff.

I was at home and our boiler started making a horrific sound in the basement, as I went into the basement to check it out I smelt a hint of gas, so I turned the thermostat down and looked who I could call to come fix it asap, since I was worried about the smell and the horrible sound and didn't want to be left without heat in November. We called Nelson Gas and I am so glad I did. One of their employees came right to our home in about 10 minutes and diagnosed the boiler and had it apart and also educated me while working on it. He had the parts to fix it and was honest with me about what he needed to replace and what should be replaced, but gave me an option. Very friendly and prompt service and I couldn't be any happier. I have used their service for several years. They are courteous and come within 1 to 2 days after calling. Sooner if it is an emergency.
