Valet stole money from my center console and had my glovebox open for no reason when they returned the car DONT PARK HERE
The valet guys here are so incredibly nice and helpful! Picking up a Zipcar or parking my own car is a breeze at this place. My family has lived in the building on and off since 2014 and we’ve never had a bad or even slightly less than good experience here.
The guys at the garage are all excellent! Hey to know you, bring the car out on time, remain organized, and just friendly people. Excellent experience/great team.
The key fob for my wife's car was returned broken on a Friday evening. It fell apart about 5-10 minutes after we left the garage. Called Nema that following Monday and they refused to give me a refund.
Beware: flat rate of $55 per day. Too expensive Valet parking.
