I am writing a review to let you know that I was more than happy with the service and work performed on my new roof. Adam and his team recently remodeled my flat rooftop to a pitched one just before the heavy rain. I had been experiencing a ceiling leak for quite a while and was searching for a company that specialized in roof remodeling. After looking around, Nema Roofing provided exactly the type of work I wanted. Adam took care of the permit and everything the city of Tarzana required to get the work done. The whole sales process here was surprisingly fast and they didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Thomas was my main point of contact and he was great about laying out all my options clearly so I could make an informed decision for my roofing in West Hills. After gathering estimates, I decided to go with Nema Roofing for my roof replacement because Adam offered the most comprehensive walkthrough of the roof in addition to competitive pricing. Many of the other companies would show up for site visits, but it felt rushed and they didn't really bother to hear my concerns whereas Adam took the time to chat through shingle colors, warranties, skylights and unique scheduling that involved my rafters being replaced in between the roof teardown and rebuild. During the job, there were a couple minor differences of expectations with all of which were addressed promptly with texts/calls to Adam. The responsiveness and customer centric focus was really impressive. My roof looks great!

I really wasn’t looking forward to the mess of a full roof replacement, but Thomas made the whole process surprisingly easy to deal with. He showed up right on time and actually took the minutes to explain why certain shingles would hold up better against the wind. The crew cleaned up so well that I didn't even find any stray nails in my driveway afterward, which is a first.
