Derek and Amy are great. I messaged Amy about my issue with my washer, which is about 13 years old. Derek came out, looked at , figured out the problem, ordered the parts, and came back to finish the job when the parts came in. Wonderful job and didn't over charge me. Such an inexperienced person, Derek. My lawn mower had lost its self-propelled power, and Derek fixed it by replacing the belt. He told me that this could be the cause of the issue. However, when the problem persisted after his repair, he claimed that it generally takes a few mowings to get it working properly. Throughout the entire season, I had to mow without self-propelled power, putting in a lot of effort. When I contacted him again about the unresolved problem, he refused to come and fix it. I had no choice but to take my mower to another vendor, who promptly resolved the issue and said that there was no need to replace the belt.Derek is such an unprofessional liar.

Nesbit Innovations was timely and professional. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained what and why he was troubleshooting the different systems on our fridge. The technician was up front and in his professional opinion advised that we should replace the fridge due to the extensive cost that would be accrued to get it back up and running.
