Net Zero Heating & Air Conditioning

We hired Net Zero to change our oil and gas fired heating system to electric heat pumps for our entire house after a competitive bidding process. They designed a system that was highly sensitive to our historic 1842 house. Their team was great to work with, start to finish -- informative, responsive and polite, answering our many questions. They were responsive to troubleshooting early problems with the system. During the cold snap this winter they even sent one of their plumbers to help with a burst pipe when we couldn't get any local plumbers. We highly recommend them!

Great response to an overnight failure. Arrived first thing in the morning and discovered a rodent had chewed through wires outside at the condenser causing the unit to shut down. Fixed quickly and restored heat to the house. Couldn't be happier. Another example of great service from NetZero.

Communication with NetZero is (always) great. The technician finished his prior job early and called to see if he could come straight over. The technician was polite and worked quickly to identify the issue. Unfortunately, it's an issue in the house electrical panel that the tech isn't qualified to fix, so they will send an electrician tomorrow.
