Jesse came out to do the initial quote and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the Mass Save rebate process in detail, including what should be included in a proper quote (like room measurements), which made me feel confident in moving forward. Terrence was excellent! He went above and beyond to explain how everything works to us and to show us what kind of build up happens on our units and how he is able to get rid of all of it! He checked to ensure our heat pumps were all in working order as well as checking the exterior units. He was very nice and super knowledgable! We feel confident that we are breathing in clean air now. Our experience with NETR over the past two years has been great! We definitely recommend them.

Tony came out to service our heating system- he was great! I am a new home owner and really didn’t understand a lot of the system that we have, he was very patient with all my questions and helped me to figure everything out.
