I recently experienced an unexpected predicament where I desperately needed to have a septic system installed. I was given several references. Eric Neugent responded immediately and provided me with a reasonable estimate before the others even returned my calls. He was very pleasant to deal with and he was very patient answering all my questions. Eric and his crew worked together very professionally and they were able to complete the installation within a reasonable timeframe considering the amount of rain we had as well as having to get approvals from the County during a holiday week. A project that left me a mess. First things first, my system is running fine. BUT it was the whole job that made a mess. They moved things in my yard and NEVER Put them back. The dirt they used to replace the good dirt I had was riddled with rocks. So, now ever time I mow, I worry witch direction they will fly. They may be quick, but they are sloppy. Yet they took a long time to do this project. Guess you gotta be someone to have it done correctly.
