I tried for 2 weeks to get parts from this store. I wouldn't hear back for days. I finally had to give up and go elsewhere where. I lost valuable good weather by waiting. Even accounting for Covid, this shop just didn't seem to want my business.
So far very happy with NC Fence. Dusty was super helpful. I was able to send photos and get a repair estimate quickly. They have done fence repairs for me in the past and the workmanship is great quality.
