What a disappointing after-service experience. They stopped responding to my calls after they are done with the service, leaving me with broken stuff. I used New Age Movers twice for in-state moving, and this was the first time I had an out-of-state move. Everything worked well at first and they were really trying to help me, but in the end, some of my stuff ended up broken, so I had to request reimbursement. It has been a month now, and I am still waiting to get my money back from them. I tried to reach out several times, they don’t really pick up the phone, the manager has literally disappeared, and they keep saying it’s initiated, but nothing has happened after several weeks. They try their best only before you use the service. What an unprofessional moving company.

This is the best moving company in Houston. DJ and the other guys who helped me completed everything in a very timely manner and were extremely punctual. All 3 guys who helped were helpful and polite. They handled all my belongings with great care. I will be recommending this company and moving crew to everyone. The price was affordable. I am pleased to know that going forward I have found a moving company in Houston that I can trust and rely on for all future moves. Thanks again.

We had a really wonderful experience moving into our first home with the New Age Movers team! They moved our 3 bedroom home from Magnolia to Spring in 5 hours with 3 guys which included a very difficult fridge , washer and dryer, & heavy copper statue. They arrived early, were very kind and professional and they were so sweet to work around my 2 crazy young sons running around the entire time. The guys worked together with my husband and I to solve any issues, were very flexible, and ensured to meet the quoted moving window. On top of all that they had a great and positive attitude . Most importantly for us I really appreciated the reasonable and transparent pricing. I compared their price to 3-4 other moving companies and theirs was the most affordable, and the timeframe they scheduled

First of all. I'll recommend New Age Movers to ANYBODY! They're very professional. I wasn't overpriced. They communicated EVERYTHING with me. Certain valuable items that mean a lot to me were handled with care. My furniture was wrapped. Anything they took apart they put back together and most of all. They're respectful and don't take a lot of time. I'll most definitely call them for my next move.
